ST PETERSBURG

In collaboration with Tricera Capital, Joe Furst has acquired and developed five properties in St Petersburg. Most of the properties have been strategically transformed into mixed used spaces with thoughtfully curated tenants in order to add to the vibrancy of St. Petersburg

THE DORAL YARD

In 2015, a Joint Venture led by Joe Furst acquired approximately 200,000 SF of industrial/warehouse properties in the Doral submarket of Miami with the intent to convert the assets into creative/flex office, retail uses. The project is currently underway.

545 WYN BUILDING

A ground-up new construction 285,000 SF creative office and exclusive retail building located at 545 NW 26th Street, Miami. 545wyn was created with three simple, yet critical goals: to elevate Miami’s standard office experience, to authentically reflect Wynwood’s vibrancy, and to engage the neighborhood.
